Upon receipt of completed order form and payment, your ticket/s will be mailed to you. If a check does not clear the bank, the order form and check will be returned. Purchasers of Raffle Tickets must be 18 years of age or older. Any order form and payment received after July 4th will be returned. Fairport Harbor Mardi Gras is not responsible for any order form not being received in time for the drawing. The drawing will be held in public view after the fireworks on July 4th, 2004 at the Fairport Harbor Mardi Gras Grand Prize Tent supervised by an official of the Fairport Harbor Mardi Gras. Only one Grand Prize will be given away. No substitute prizes will be given away. Winner will be notified, and does not have to be present to win. Any taxes or charges, fees, license, insurance, etc. due as a result of winning this vehicle will be the responsibility of the winner. Approx retail value of the 2004 Neon Grand Prize is $15,900. Enter as often as you wish. Your odds of winning are based on the amount of tickets you purchase and the total amount of tickets sold. The name of the winner will be posted on the Fairport Harbor Mardi Gras website after the drawing. The winner of the grand prize is bound by the state of his/her residence to all laws concerning the use of the Grand Prize. The Fairport Harbor Mardi Gras has no warranty, expressed or implied, as to the vehicle or it's use. The Grand Prize will only be issued to the person who is named on the winning ticket. If the winner is not eligible, tickets will be drawn until an eligible winner is drawn.
The decision of the Fairport Harbor Mardi Gras shall be final. Void where prohibited by law.
